About the Alfa Romeo Spider

The Alfa Romeo Spider can be seen as the sixth generation of the Alfa Romeo Spider. It was shown to the public at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show, a year after its older brother, the coupe variant, Brera.

Receiving nominations and awards in its first year of production, it’s most noticeable was the “Cabrio of the Year”.

It was designed and built by Pininfarina in Turin, Italy, who are recruited by several Italian automobile manufacturers, including Alfa Romeo and Ferrari.

Along with the Brera, the Alfa Romeo Spider ceased production in 2010.
