B2C Sales Executive

Position Overview

As a B2C Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the business-to-consumer (B2C) market.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the unique value propositions of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key trends in the B2C market.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies with overall business objectives.

Customer Acquisition:

Identify and prospect new B2C customers using an omnichannel approach.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the B2C audience.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise sales processes.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for management.

Preferred skills:

- Proven experience in a B2C Sales environment or similar.
- Understanding of B2C sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Competent with the use of Microsoft Systems.
- Experience using CRM and other internal back-end systems.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Experience | B2B Account Manager, you will hold a dual role of being the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services along with being at the forefront of ensuring a positive and seamless interaction between our company and its B2C customers.
You will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B clients. Act as the main point of contact, understanding client goals and providing proactive support. Collaborate with the B2C sales team and other departments to align strategies with overall business objectives.

Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries using an omnichannel approach (Telephone, Email, Live Chat, F2F). Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services and order status.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or issues with a focus on first-contact resolution. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

Needs Assessment and Solution Delivery:

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients; business objectives and challenges (B2B). Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that address client needs.

Order Processing and Tracking:

Assist customers with order processing, tracking and delivery enquiries. Ensure accurate and timely updates on order status and shipment information.

Customer Engagement:

Proactively engage with customers to promote loyalty and gather insights into their preferences and needs. Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies and initiatives.

Account Growth and Retention:

Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products/services. Implement strategies to ensure client retention and overall satisfaction.

Communication and Collaboration:

Effectively communicate client feedback and requirements to internal teams. Collaborate with sales, marketing and product development teams to align strategies with client expectations.

Preferred skills:

- Proven experience in a B2B Sales environment, customer service or customer-facing role.
- Understanding of B2B relationship management and customer experience principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed growth targets.
